Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Ruwuma. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at info@ruwuma.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, the order may have already been processed and we cannot guarantee cancellation.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as items on sale, gift cards, or items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
6. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
